POLISH LANGUAGE COURSE FOR THE FOREIGNERS
FUTURA EDUCATION runs courses of Polish language for the foreigners within the continuous learning establishment – Futura – Courses and Trainings for the Adults.
This institution has been entered into the register of the private educational establishments run by the competent City Office. This means that after completing this course the participants will receive the certificate on the form of the Ministry of Education.
Polish language course for the foreigners is run in Futura Education on four levels of difficulty in compliance with the grading system of the Council of Europe.
In this way the school anticipates the needs of the institutions and individuals and adapts to the system of foreign language certification in the European Union countries.
A0 SURVIVAL
A1 BREATHROUGH – the most basic language skills
A2 WAYSTAGE – basic language skills
B1 TRESHOLD – intermediate level of language skills
B2 VANTAGE – fluent use of language
At the every level the following skills are being developed:
- Listening comprehension
- Grammatical Correctness
- Written texts comprehension
- Writing
- Speaking
Before the course A1 we suggest course A0 designed for the persons who have just arrived to Poland and need the basics of language for every-day life. During classes we present the Polish culture and Polish mentality in order to aid them in their contacts with Polish friends, family or associates.
B2 level is equal to the basic level set by the exam standards for the exams certifying Polish language knowledge as the foreign language. Foreigners pursuant to the act of 11.04.2003 on the change of act on Polish language (Journal of Laws No 73 Item 661) have possibility to obtain the certificate confirming the command of Polish having passed the exam before the state exam commission on the basic, general intermediate and advanced level.
Organizational unit in charge of administrative and financial service of the State Commission Certification of the Polish Language Knowledge as the Foreign Language and the commission conducting exams as the Office of Education Recognition and International Exchange of Ministry of Education.
