TEACHERS
Our teachers are only those with a long professional practice, pedagogical preparation and high professional credentials coherent with the decree of the Minister of Education as of 12th March 2009 (Journal of Laws 2009, No. 50, Item 400). Futura Education hires over 100 teachers.
TEACHING PROGRAMS
Teaching takes place according to the latest curricula of the Ministry of Education fulfilling the core curriculum and according to the exam standards set in the appropriate decrees of the Ministry of Education. Education in Futura Schools is also run in compliance with the Polish Classification of Professions and Specialties and based on the original programs prepared to meet the current needs of the labour market.
FACILITIES
Educational classes for the convenience of the students are held in the schools situated in the city center, so that every student could easily get to the classes. Practical classes are run in the specialized laboratories, school workshops, laboratories, rooms and clinics. All the localizations of these institutions have been controlled by the Education Office and accepted because they fulfill all requirements concerning office conditions, teaching equipment and Health and Safety and Fire Safety Regulations established for the education of the adults.
JOB AND VOCATIONAL PRACTICES
Vocational practices are arranged for every student individually, having learnt their expectations as to the most convenient date and number of hours of practices and their closest region of residence or place of work. The school’s principal supervises the course of vocational practices.

Labour market in Poland and Europe experiences dynamic changes. Some professions disappear, the new ones emerge, the new specializations are created, new industries are formed. Futura Education when planning the professions taught makes use of the data of the Labour Offices, findings of the Labour Force Survey. Futura Education is a modern alternative to the existing universities, schools and centres of adult education since the wide range of education possibilities enables within two years to obtain a profession and additional specialty retrain or supplement the education. Futura Education in the schools teaching based on the curriculum of the secondary school educates adult persons in 120 professions and specialties.

Futura Education stands out by the modern approach to teaching. The current and facilitating education communication with the student takes place via sms and e-mail. Our students receive materials from every classes by e-mail and at the end of the semester in order to facilitate the preparation for the exams additional compendium necessary to revise whole material. Foreign students are provided with classes materials in English. Every student can access the online service via which they can arrange the most urgent matters concerning teaching and administrative matters such as insight in e-index, e-register, contact with School’s Office and Recruitment etc.
